What you’ll do

Connect with prospective customers, develop leads, and schedule appointments.
Learn about customers’ needs and discuss relevant products and services.
Build relationships with existing customers through follow-up and policy reviews.
Answer questions and assist with coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service.

What you’ll bring

Previous State Farm agency experience is required.
An active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Sales experience and an interest in growing customer relationships.
Clear communication, strong listening skills, and dependable follow-through.

This position is with an independent State Farm agent. Team members are employed by the agent, not by State Farm Insurance Companies.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
